They have even forged our official documents, and induced job seekers to click links to download mobile applications and make fund transfers under various pretexts such as pre-employment fees, post deposits, training fees and uniform fees to commit fraud.

Such illegal acts have seriously misled job seekers and infringed upon people's property rights. Meanwhile, they have severely violated our Company's right of name and reputation, damaged our brand image built over years and caused adverse social impacts. To clarify the facts, eliminate misunderstandings, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both job seekers and our Company, we hereby issue a solemn statement as follows:

I. Notice on Official Recruitment Channels

All formal recruitment information of our Company is exclusively released via the official website, officially certified WeChat Official Accounts and verified accounts on legitimate enterprise direct recruitment platforms. All recruitment communication is conducted by regular human resources staff of our Company through official landlines, corporate email addresses and verified corporate WeChat accounts.

II. Commitment on No Recruitment Charges

In strict compliance with national laws and regulations governing labor employment and human resource recruitment, our Company does not charge any fees from job seekers throughout the recruitment process, including but not limited to registration fees, pre-employment deposits, training fees, uniform fees, physical examination fees, deposits and service fees. Any request for private fund transfers or fee payments in the name of our Company is fraudulent.

III. Severe Warning on Infringing Acts

Any individual or organization that publishes fake recruitment information, conducts false recruitment activities or commits fraud without obtaining written authorization from our Company by using our corporate name and brand logos has violated relevant laws, involving infringement of name rights, unfair competition and fraud. Serious cases shall constitute criminal offences.

If the illegal acts continue, our Company has collected relevant evidence and filed reports and complaints with public security organs and market supervision authorities. We will pursue the perpetrators' civil, administrative and even criminal liabilities in accordance with the law without leniency.
