Mid-Autumn Reunion, National Day Joy — Chuangli Group Family Open Day Concludes Successfully

In the crisp golden autumn air, as the Mid-Autumn Festival and the National Day arrived side by side, Chuangli Group hosted the “Mid-Autumn Reunion, National Day Joy” Family Open Day. The event was designed to further enrich the company’s corporate culture, build a warm bridge of communication between the company and employees’ families, and give family members a close-up view of Chuangli’s development and an appreciation of the dedication behind every job. Employees’ families were invited to step into the company and enjoy a joyful gathering combining a workshop tour, intangible cultural heritage crafts and fun garden activities.

On the day of the event, families arrived and checked in one after another, and the children received their exclusive stamp-collecting game cards to embark on a seal-hunting adventure. Led by volunteers, the family members walked into the production workshops in an orderly manner for an on-site tour of the workplace. Facing the roaring machines, the children were full of curiosity as they got a close look at the environment where their family members work hard every day, truly experiencing Chuangli’s production strength and corporate culture and gaining an insight into the responsibility and commitment behind their loved ones’ jobs.

After the workshop tour, the lively garden activity officially kicked off. The event was divided into two sections — an intangible cultural heritage craft area and a fun games area — with 8 experience stations in total. Using a stamp-collecting model, participants who completed all the activities could redeem a beautifully curated gift package.

In the intangible cultural heritage craft area, families were immersed in the unique charm of traditional folk customs. At the lacquer fan station, parents and children worked together to create round fans with botanical rubbing prints; at the flip-flower stall, everyone made traditional vintage toys by hand; at the antique sachet station, families selected sachets, filled them with spices and crafted elegant sachets carrying auspicious meanings; and at the rubbing experience booth, they hand-printed the auspicious character “Fu” (fortune) onto red envelopes, bringing home their heartfelt blessings. Every handmade craft preserved the memory of the festival while letting traditional culture take root in their hearts.

The fun games area was filled with laughter and cheers. Sandbag throwing put everyone’s aim to the test; the traditional pitch-pot game offered the joy of an ancient contest; the fishing game was a favorite among the younger children; and on the inflatable caterpillar track, families raced side by side in perfect sync amid non-stop cheering and laughter. With no fixed order required, families could move freely between the stations and get a seal stamped after completing each challenge. After collecting all 8 seals, they went to the redemption counter to have their cards verified and claim their festival gifts, brimming with a sense of accomplishment.

At noon, the company thoughtfully prepared an outdoor camping party for all the families present, as a lavish roasted whole lamb buffet officially began. In the camping area, the tables were laden with the fragrant roasted lamb and a variety of delicacies, as adults and children sat together, savoring the food and chatting about everyday life. Amid the warm glow of the barbecue, the atmosphere was filled with the relaxed joy of family reunion, bringing the Family Open Day to a heartwarming climax.

Small families reunite, and the big family stands united. The Family Open Day was not only a joyful gathering, but also a journey of two-way understanding and connection. The hard work and dedication of every employee is supported by the silent support and tolerance of their families. This event allowed family members to step into Chuangli and get to know Chuangli, bringing the company and its families closer and further strengthening the employees’ sense of belonging, happiness and cohesion. Looking ahead, Chuangli Group will continue to practice humane care, build a warmer corporate culture, and pool the happiness of every “small family” into the strength of the “big family”, walking hand in hand with all employees and their families toward a bright new journey.
