Zhang Shihong, General Manager of Shanghai Chuangli Group, Leads a Delegation to Fugu County for Return Visit and Symposium

On June 12, Zhang Shihong, General Manager of Shanghai Chuangli Group Co., Ltd., led a delegation to Fugu County, Shaanxi Province, for a return inspection visit, and held a symposium with Du Zhilong, Secretary of the Fugu County Party Committee, persons-in-charge of relevant county government departments and key local enterprises. Both sides engaged in in-depth exchanges on topics including deepening cooperation in equipment manufacturing, expanding coal machinery equipment leasing and remanufacturing businesses, and supporting high-quality local economic development. Attendees of the symposium included Bai Yanxia, Member of the Standing Committee of Fugu County Party Committee and Deputy County Magistrate; Wang Bo, Director of the County Bureau of Development, Reform, Science and Technology; He Xiaoyong, Director of the County Energy Bureau; Wang Dongtang, Chairman of Fugu County Energy Investment Group; Yun Yongsheng, Director of the County Government General Office; and Li Xianfeng, Deputy Director of the General Office of the County Party Committee.

At the symposium, Zhang Shihong expressed gratitude for the long-term trust and support extended by Fugu County. He noted that a delegation from the Fugu County Government previously conducted a special research tour of Shaanxi Yuneng Chuangli Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., followed by a visit to the headquarters of Shanghai Chuangli Group. This return visit serves as an expression of appreciation, and the Group aims to leverage its technical, manufacturing and service strengths in intelligent coal machinery equipment to contribute to the economic and social development of Fugu County during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.

Wang Dongtang, Chairman of Fugu County Energy Investment Group, introduced the Group’s general profile and the production and operation status of its affiliated coal mines. He welcomed Shanghai Chuangli Group to participate extensively in the construction of Fugu’s energy industry, and hoped to establish cooperation with Chuangli in equipment supply and technical services to jointly drive quality improvement and efficiency gains for local coal enterprises.

He Xiaoyong, Director of Fugu County Energy Bureau, pointed out that on-site inspections and exchanges have proven that Shanghai Chuangli Group’s products including intelligent high-speed shearers, intelligent high-flow pump stations, highly reliable hydraulic supports and rapid tunneling systems boast reliable quality and leading technologies, which fully match the demands of intelligent construction for coal mines in Fugu. He expected Chuangli Group to further capitalize on its technical advantages to help local coal enterprises cut costs, boost efficiency and ensure safe production, and deliver solid equipment support for the high-quality development of the local energy industry.

Wang Bo, Director of the Fugu County Bureau of Development, Reform, Science and Technology, stated that Fugu is accelerating the development of new quality productive forces during the 15th Five-Year Plan period. He hoped Shanghai Chuangli Group would fully integrate into Fugu’s industrial layout, expand cooperation space in intelligent mine construction and high-end equipment manufacturing, and achieve win-win results for both enterprises and the local government.

Bai Yanxia, Member of the Standing Committee of Fugu County Party Committee and Deputy County Magistrate, affirmed Shanghai Chuangli Group’s investment and industrial layout. She suggested Shaanxi Yuneng Chuangli take the lead in setting up a sales department or maintenance service center in Fugu to get closer to coal mine clients and speed up service response. Meanwhile, she noted that Fugu is not only a major coal-producing county but also a pivotal national production base for metallic magnesium. The processing and manufacturing segments of the metallic magnesium industry share natural synergy potential with the equipment manufacturing sector. She hoped Shanghai Chuangli Group could draw on its accumulated expertise in equipment manufacturing to explore in-depth integration with Fugu’s metallic magnesium industry. Through industrial chain linkage of "driving equipment manufacturing via magnesium industry and boosting magnesium industry via equipment manufacturing", the two sides could foster new growth drivers and lift the competitiveness of the county’s characteristic industries.

Du Zhilong, Secretary of Fugu County Party Committee, delivered a concluding speech and stated that the county Party committee and government fully back Shanghai Chuangli Group’s development in Fugu. He urged the enterprise to actively expand businesses such as coal machinery equipment leasing and equipment remanufacturing tailored to the characteristics of local coal mines, and extend the industry toward service-oriented and green development. In addition, he proposed that Shanghai Chuangli could introduce advanced technologies to implement scientific backfilling of mined-out areas, facilitating the construction of green mines and ecological restoration in Fugu. He emphasized that Fugu is pushing forward quality and efficiency upgrades for traditional industries, and hoped Shanghai Chuangli would seize opportunities to pursue win-win cooperation at deeper levels and in broader fields.

During his response speech, Zhang Shihong said Shanghai Chuangli Group will rely on Shaanxi Yuneng Chuangli Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., take the manufacturing and remanufacturing industrial base in Yulin as its foothold, and fully integrate into Yulin’s domestic economic circulation. He pledged to earnestly respond to Secretary Du’s guidance on coal machinery leasing, remanufacturing and scientific mined-out area backfilling, and fully implement Deputy Magistrate Bai’s proposal of establishing sales and service institutions. The Group will provide customized equipment leasing services, full-life-cycle remanufacturing solutions and technical and equipment support for mined-out area backfilling to coal mines across Fugu. At the same time, the Group will thoroughly study the feasibility of coordinated development between the metallic magnesium industry and equipment manufacturing, and give full play to its technical advantages in high-end manufacturing to help Fugu’s metallic magnesium industry extend its industrial chain and raise product added value.

This symposium further deepened mutual understanding and trust between the government and the enterprise, and clarified the direction and paths for future cooperation. Taking this return visit as a new opportunity, Shanghai Chuangli Group will accelerate the layout of its service network in Fugu and surrounding areas.
